Robert DeNinno Jr. invited to join Philadelphia Business Journal Leadership Trust

Philadelphia Business Journal Leadership Trust is an Invitation-Only Community for Top Business Decision Makers in Greater Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA (Sept 13, 2021) — Robert DeNinno Jr., Principal of Precision Benefits Group, has been invited to join Philadelphia Business Journal Leadership Trust, an exclusive community for influential business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs in Greater Philadelphia.

Rob was chosen for membership by the Philadelphia Business Journal Leadership Trust Selection Committee due to his experience, leadership and influence in the local business landscape and beyond. Rob founded Precision Benefits Group in 2003 after spending years at one of the nation’s largest insurance carriers. His experience with these companies revealed that many firms were not receiving the level of service, knowledge, or expertise they needed.

Since then, Rob has strived to fill this void by offering companies an opportunity to partner with an experienced, responsive, and capable employee benefits and human resources firm to meet all of their benefit-related needs. The firm’s clientele features many notable Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey based companies including, the Garces Group, Cape May Brewing Company, The Travis Manion Foundation, and The Food Trust among others.

“Philadelphia’s thriving business community is powered by leaders like Rob,” said Sandy Smith, market president and publisher of the Philadelphia Business Journal. “We’re honored to be creating a space where the region’s business influencers come together to increase their impact on the community, build their businesses and connect with and strengthen one another.”

As an invited member, Rob will contribute articles to the Philadelphia Business Journal website and participate alongside fellow members in Expert Panels. He will connect and collaborate with a vetted network of local leaders in a members-only directory and a private forum on the group’s mobile app. Rob will also benefit from leadership and  business coaching, an Executive Profile on the Philadelphia Business Journal website, select partner discounts and services and ongoing support from the community’s concierge team.

“I am extremely honored and humbled to be invited into this incredible community of business leaders,” Rob said. “I cannot wait to engage with this select group of business minds and share my industry knowledge and experience with the Greater Philadelphia area business community and the many small business owners alike.”

The Philadelphia Business Journal Leadership Trust team is honored to welcome Rob to the community and looks forward to helping him elevate his personal brand, strengthen his circle of trusted advisors and position him to further impact the Philadelphia business community and beyond.
